The Alpine from Gressoney has signed an agreement with the well-known brand leader in the supply of infotainment for luxury cars.
Beitostolen, Norway – Dec. 08th 2022 • A wind of novelty is blowing in the DEFAST universe: the not yet thirty-year-old Alpine from the Courmayeur Army Sports Center has reached an agreement for the 2022-23 season with ART Advanced Solution, a brand that will accompany him for the next World Cup season.
Obviously the Tour de Ski, which will end in Val di Fiemme and the World Championships in Planica, Slovenia, are also included in the program, which are the main targets of the Italian cross-country skier.
Italian leader in the supply of infotainment systems for luxury cars, ART is in fact the reference in the sector in the development of cutting-edge technical solutions, positioning itself alongside the main manufacturers of luxury sports cars. ART over time, although starting from a small size, has been able to overcome great challenges with commitment, passion, professionalism, and competence.
«I am very happy – says Francesco – to link my name to theirs, in fact I already had the ART logo on my cap during the Lillehammer race last weekend. I am proud of this new collaboration and obviously I hope to give them the full visibility in the international panorama».
After the good debut in Ruka, Finland, De Fabiani raced in Lillehammer showing a good condition especially in the 20 km classic mass start «although – adds the cross-country skier – it was really difficult to make a selection on that type of track, I closed at 10 seconds from the leaders on a narrow track with limited gradients where it was almost impossible to overtake».
The season continues – Francesco is already in Beitostolen – where in the next weekend there will be 3 days of racing: «Friday there's a sprint, but I'll wait for Saturday to put the bib in the 10 km classic individual start, while I hope to be in the match again on Sunday in the mixed relay (man-woman classic – man-woman free technique), since I have always loved this kind of team competitions».
